I wanted to thank everyone for always posting all of these wonderful ideas! I am so excited to start the new school year! What I am afraid of is that I am going to forget my ideas that I've gained from these forums...

    Ok,

    Eddie, the Webkinz class pet
Start my application for Natl Board Cert now so I'm ready for deadline
    Start a blog
Get some things ready for Back to School night
Anxiously twiddle my thumbs as I await for my VP order to arrive..

What else...what are you taking from this summer's "great ideas" back to your classroom this fall?

I forgot to add to my list that I will be taking some digital pics of my room and post them to share. I know my list will grow...

I know! Every day I say- OK, I have enough to do already - but I still log on every day and it never fails-I find great new ideas.

I'm definitely going to be more organized this year for the sheer fact that I'm just put to shame by these gurus!

I'm doing a Hollywood theme this year, which I probably wouldn't have done (never did a class theme before) without posters here making sound so cool .

I'm embarrassed to say, I had never even heard of Nat'l Board Certification before reading that post, so I'm looking into that too, or possibly an online Masters.

I guess I really should start writing all this stuff down, huh? Thanks so much everybody for giving me more work... just kidding, I really do appreciate all the ideas people share. Say what you want about teachers, I don't think you'll find any other profession where "trade secrets" are shared so easily. :2up:

You don't have to write them down. I posted how do you bookmark threads, and this is what Amanda replied (I don't know how to post the link of that thread!):

You could subscribe to a thread. Click on Thread Tools and choose that option from the menu. Then, you can view all your subscribed threads in your user control panel... Click User CP and choose 'Subscribed Threads'.

:)THen you'll have all the ideas you like right there!!!!
