    In the Cut
    Hard Candy
    The House of 1000 Corpses
    The Family Stone

    Also didn't care for:

    Phone Booth
    The Panic Room

(I'm sure there's more I can't think of right now.)

I don't watch movies that get bad reviews, there are genres I typically don't watch and I'm very selective. I tend to know what I'll like and dont waste my time or money on movies that don't interest me.

I was extremely disappointed by this as well.

I'm selective about movies, so I rarely dislike one that I watch. I may be disappointed, but that is different.
As a child, my sister watched Drop Dead Fred all the time. :tired: I hated it and after the 30th or so time, I loathed it.

The Family Stone is one of my absolute favorite movies.

American Hustle-usually a fan of Jennifer Lawrence and it was nominated for Oscars. I turned it off after about a half hour, really did not like it.

    What???? :eek::eek::eek: J/K ;)

Fight Club - watched it with DH while we were dating, hated it.

No Country for Old Men - usually love Tommy Lee Jones, but really?

American Hustle - usually love Bradley Cooper, but just couldn't get into it.

Anything with Sylvester Stallone - he reminds too much of my ex BIL, shudder

Gladiator - how long can it take for a movie to reach the climax?

Any movie that lasts over 2 hours, with the exception of Dances with Wolves, loses my interest and usually winds up on my dislike list. :p

I don't watch a lot of movies, but the worst I've ever seen is: Meet Joe Black.

That plot sucked from start to finish.

    Bringing Out the Dead

It was so long ago I don't even know why my husband and I picked this movie. I'm not sure why we stayed for the whole thing either. Maybe in hopes it would get better eventually. People in the theater actually clapped when it was over (because it was over!).

    Snakes on a Plane!

My friends wanted to go to a drive in, and that's all that was playing that the majority of people could agree on...it was AWFUL. Hilariously so.

Independence Day-not the movie so much, but the memory of who was at the theater with me when I saw it.

I hated the Godfather movies - all of them. What a waste of money and time.
I am no fan of Stallone, so make of that what you will.
I don't do horror and all of those sequels.
Titanic was just too predictable, but not the worst.
I love Sci-Fi, but not the terrible stuff, which can include too cheesy, too much like horror, too stupid.
I HATED Gladiator, which my son insisted on watching because his Latin teacher recommended.
I pretty much can't stand any of the extremely violent westerns, and have no interests in movies that glorify drug use, prostitution, gangsters, rape, and gangs.
I hated Dances With Wolves - hubby loved it, he claimed, but he has never asked to see it again.

I hated that movie where they were racing cars? I can't even remember the name but I think there were a sequel. I saw it at the drive in (it was the 1st movie and I wanted to see the 2nd movie). I fell asleep after half an hour it was so bad.
A lot of movies that I see after I have read the book also seem really bad to me. If I liked the book from now on I think I'll just skip the movie.

The Sharknado series is also hilariously BAD! They are coming out with a new one based in Orlando. We are all hoping the shark eats Mickey Mouse.

I liked most of the movies listed on this thread that I've seen. :)

I hated every Adam Sandler movie I've ever seen. It's like a joke in my house. I can't actually make it through the whole Adam Sandler movie without giving up. I think the longest I've gotten through was Click - about 2/3 of the movie before throwing I the towel.

    Sideways

One of those movies that contained not a single character who was either interesting or likable. "Let's portray wine snobs as -- well, snobs." Ok if that were a comedic device in a movie with an actual plot. But it was the plot.

And it also includes several digs at the teaching profession by use of the "failed novelist ends up teaching middle school English" cliche.

The only Sandler movie I was able to finish was Spanglish. It wasn't great, but it was at least watchable.

I don't watch movies with Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, Tom Cruise, and Jack Black.

I did like The Holiday. I didn't notice JB was in it until it was half over since he didn't play his usual obnoxious character.

Mission Impossible II, or any movie where Tom Cruise spends all his time preening for the camera

    Gremlins II -- just unwatchable
Millenium -- science so bad its nauseating
I am Legend -- no knock on Will Smith's acting; it's the complete perversion of the story and its actual theme that bothers me so much
