ooohhh....I hate the licorice ones! Did you ever have the pickle ones? also gross. I prefer the fruity ones.
they used to make pecan pie, but I cant find them anymore,. that was my favorite. Least favorite is Taco. Disgusting!
did anyone ever smell the pizza one and remember when they use to have the little faces on them also i wish i could find them again
I loved the bubblegum and the popcorn stickers. I think that the School Specialty catalog carries "Stinky Stickers."
When I was moving I found my sticker books from fith grade! So, I started flipping through, and wouldn't you know it.... the dill pickle, pizza, and taco stickers STILL smell...... and this was from 1983
I have always loved the grape. I have that and root beer in my collection now, I believe. :woot: Those I despise- licorice, popcorn, actually most anything that smells like any type of food that is not a fruit!! Root beer is an exception. Pizza isn't TOO bad and neither are some chocolate stickers, but I prefer the fruit ones over those.
ms jasztal ithink it is very cool you have a sticker book i wish i still had mine i had pink lemonade smurfs e t starwars ect...i miss em it feels like part of my child gone
I've been trying to find my child a decent sticker book all summer. I want simple scenes (character free) that he can put all the stickers he wants as if they were characters in a play.
I remember being in first grade and the teacher always gave us scratch and sniff stickers -- my favorite was pizza! The ones I don't like (as of right now, and I've smelled plenty from my years of working in a teacher store) are hot dog and skunk (some people love it!). I really like the dirt scented ones, though! Trend makes them.
I don't know which is my favorite, probably the fruit. Where can I find scented stickers? I teach 9th grade and last year I used stickers on their papers. I was a little apprehensive about it; I thought they would think it was stupid. Boy was I wrong--but they wanted the scented stickers! Kids!!! Any suggestions??
Teacher stores carry them, but I find the best prices for big packs of them from the school specialty catalog.
When I was in kindergarten MANY years ago, we had a scratch and sniff alphabet book. I still remember the dill pickle.
Scooby, It's amazing the stickers that I had collected... remember the puffy satiny stickers and the smurfs.... wow, where did those days go... what a trip down memory lane.
I don't know what area of Ohio you live in but any teacher store - Holcomb's or United Art and Education - should carry them. Trend makes them and they're called "Stinky Stickers". You could buy them online at their website, too.
