What's funny is this thread is from 2009, and I had to look back to see what I said, and mine have changed slightly since then.

Well, if I still want something inexpensive, that Jergen's is OK, but for a more expensive lotion, I kind of like L'Occitane and maybe Bliss. But there are so many brands out there, it's time-consuming to be on the hunt. I haven't started trying out lotions yet, which is why I'm asking for opinions to try to maybe narrow it down & save time in the process. :)

Sephora.com is my source for Amazing Grace lotion, which is also my all-time favorite (also the perfume and shower gel!).

I just recently found Avon's Care Silicone Glove Protective Hand Cream to be great. It's moreless unscented & not thick or sticky, but moisterzes well. I just ordered 4 tubes on sale for $1.99 on the Avon site.

Not much scent, but I swear by St Ives for my hands, and Aquaphor for my cuticles. My hands get dry very easily and HR hates it because they have a terrible time getting fingerprints when I need to renew my license every five years; in that sense, I might make a good criminal!

Has anyone tried the St. Ives lotion spray? I have been keeping it on my night stand and spray it on before bed.
I still have a bit of Country Chic lotion from Bath and Body works that I picked up on spring break but I'm running out so I will have to go and get some more and see what else they have for the summer.

TeacherNY, I did buy that St. Ive's lotion spray, but haven't tried it yet. I hope it doesn't feel sticky or greasy.

At B&BW, I think Sweet Pea scent is an all-around good scent, but I love several others there, like anything that is lemon.

    FAB Ultra Repair Cream (Sephora)

Soap & Glory Bodybutter - not the original one, the one that smells like sugar and limes (also can be found at Sephora)

I don't like the greasiness and strong scents of many lotions, so I stick to Aveeno. Clinique moisturizing gel for my face. I do like minty scents, so if it's a really light moisturizer, I think I'd use that too.

Believe it or not...banana boat with aloe. My skin has never been so soft, even my SO asked what I did.
