The time between after-school and dinner is my rough spot. I get so hungry and end up eating a lot or the wrong sorts of snacks (i.e., junky food). I'm looking for ideas for good, moderately healthy snacks that will tide me over until dinner. I'm especially interested in high protein foods. Today I made a small wrap thingy with a tortilla, that spready Laughing Cow cheese, and some avocado slices. It was pretty tasty. So, what's your favorite after-school snack?
