What site do you use to upload You Tube videos to for the classroom? I've used one that the State Dept. suggests & it's a bit mediocre.
I hesitate to say because many of them are considered illegal, especially under new laws that just went into effect. Thankfully, You Tube is unblocked in my district now, so I don't have to worry about it. As far as actually uploading the video, I use Vimeo, just because it was never blocked and so I'd been using it before You Tube became available.
