I'd like to compile a list of age appropriate Would You Rather questions for a beginning of the year ice breaker activity.

Here are some that I found online:
Would you rather only eat your favorite food for the rest of your life or never eat it again?
Would you rather always lose or never play?

Here are some that I thought up:
Would you rather be the smartest kid in class or the best player on a sports' team?
Would you rather live in the Arctic or in the desert?
Would you rather give up your TV or your computer?
Would you rather be the oldest one in class or the youngest?

Can you think of some other ones that I could use? Thanks.:)

Would you rather read a book or solve a math problem?
Would you rather work alone on something difficult or with a partner?
Would you rather be the captain or a player on the team?

@czacza - I like how they are all school related and can teach me something about them as students.

    Neat idea.

Would you rather have the ability to fly or the ability to become invisible?

Would you rather have no legs or no arms?

Would you rather have lots of money or lots of friends?

The no legs or no arms one is creepy.

I'm going to play off the book one....

Would you rather read the book or see the movie?

Would you rather play at the beach or in the snow?

Would you rather learn how to surf or ski?

Would you rather it fruit or vegetables?

I don't know what third graders learn, but I would throw in some content ones like:

Count by 3s to 30 or count by 2s to 20? (and then make them do it provided this is a skill 3rd graders have)

Spell "because" (or some word) or name the months of the year?

    This sounds like a blast!

(depending on the political awareness of the kids)

Would you rather meet a famous actor or the President?
Would you rather meet the queen of________ or the President?

Would you rather live without electricity or indoor plumbing?

Would you rather go to art or music?

Would you rather go to PE or the library?

Because...big elephants can always understand small elephants.
