Did anyone watch any of those Lephrechaun movies starring Warwick Davis? There were about 4 or 5 of them & they got really cheesy as the sequels continued. (Jennifer Aniston was in the very 1st BTW.)

I'll probably get shot down for this, but I HATE HATE HATE Gone With the Wind. What a waste of 3 hours! I'm also not a big fan of Grease (I was so mad a Sandy for turning into someone she wasn't), Romeo and Juliet (seriously? You kill yourselves because your parents won't let you date???), and that Robert Redford/Michelle Pfifer movie (they are news reporters) because she acted like she couldn't be anyone worth anything without him. Ugh!

Another bad remake-Halloween H20. The originals are just so good (I think), and this was just bad).

    Others:

    Look Who's Talking Too
    Problem Child
What was that one with John Travolta and...Christian Slater? No...takes place in the desert...has helicopters...argh, what is it! Double...no, can't remember. I'll look it up.

I remember sitting in a theater with friends years ago watching Nicole Kidman's "Betwitched." The whole time I wanted to leave but I didn't want to be a party pooper.

Turns out after we lost an hour and half of our life that NONE of us wanted to stay, but we all just stayed to be "nice"...hate that movie.

Also hate Sweet Home Alabama, probably because I'm from Alabama and the jokes made in the movie are "overdone" misrepresentations of what you'd find in Alabama.

Cujo!! I fell asleep with the dog growling at people in a car....when I woke up, the dog was still growling at people in a car. I swear I had been asleep for at least an hour.

I saw it during my first year of college and called it my favorite movie for a while, but I think I was just trying to make myself feel smart by saying I liked it-- I was really quite confused, I think! I probably assumed it was profound without really getting it...

Of course I won't shoot you down-- no one ever said you had to love the same things I do.

But it's like hearing someone say they hate brownies. Inside, I'm thinking: "How is that POSSIBLE????"

I can recite most of the movie, and have read the book more times than I can count.

Same here! Don't feel bad. I've never even been interested enough to even attempt to watch Gone w/ the Wind & Grease. And I'm not really into anything that has to do w/ William Shakespeare.

That came out my first year of college and I know I have it listed somewhere--a journal or something--that it was one of my favorite movies. I thought it was very unique and interesting. But that's been several years ago, so...

Yes, it was interesting but weird. There were many times I was like, "HUH???????" That's why I can't tell if it was a bad movie (things didn't make sense) or I just wasn't smart enough to make sense of it LOL

Me too. I almost always like the book better-- how could they leave out a whole husband and child of Scarlett's???

The only book that didn't measure up to the movie for me was Jaws.

That is my all time favorite movie. But my dad agrees with you. He said they should do away with capital punishment and make those criminals watch "The Sound of Music" all day every day.

Okay. I have mine now: Idiocracy. I was interested when I heard the plot because I've said for years now that people should have to pass a series of tests to become parents and that too often those who would fail are the ones having multiple children. Anyhow, bad movie. Really bad. I can take stupid movies for fun, but this was just beyond that.
