Awww I loved Under the Tuscan Sun and Sweet Home Alabama. The ones I can't stand are pretty much the ones you listed and The Big Lebowski. I was falling asleep during that one!

I only have two that I think qualify for "THE WORST".

Redneck Zombies - Trust me, it was terrible beyond your imagination but my friend and I watched it all the way through while we laughed at how bad it was. We still smile at each other when the need to mention that movie comes up.

Leigh Scott's Dragon - This was even worse than Redneck Zombies and that's saying something. I was very ill but had no one to watch over me so I trundled off to the video store to get some flicks to pass the waking hours. I nearly clawed my face off while watching it but I stuck it out because it was all I had left to watch at 3 a.m. in the morning when I couldn't go back to sleep. I'm laughing now at how bad it was.

I have actually seen both Glitter (with Moriah Carey) and Showgirls. Hours of my life I can never get back.

    Cable Guy with Jim Carrey

I can just remember sitting there looking at my hubby thinking, "It's got to get better" but it NEVER did.

Too funny, Kase, I was just about to say that I liked the very same two movies!

I don't usually last through the ones I don't like, but the ones that come to mind are

    Throw Mama fom the Train
    Scream
    Gangs of New York

Ugg, Glitter was terrible. So was that Britney Spears movie.

There have been some movies I've seen that were so bad I almost walked out of the theater. I have no idea what they are. Guess they were really terrible and I blocked them out LOL

    Dead Noon.

One of the most cheaply made movies I have probably EVER seen.

Although it is a source of laughs from how cheesy it is.

It has a scene in hell, where it is impossible to tell what is happening at some points because the hell sound effects overpower their voices.

Probably Freddy vs. Jason and some of the Lifetime movies that I have seen. There is this one with Shannen Dougherty (sp?) that makes no sense. Her boyfriend dies and is blamed for the fire that he dies in, but then somehow after five years she goes back in time (I think when she almost drowns trying to save their daughter) to the week before he dies and she tries to fix everything, but it doesn't work and he still dies. She does find out, though, that he didn't start the fire.

Sweet Home Alabama is definitely one of my all time favorite movies, along with 27 Dresses.

Almost every single movie Jim Carrey and Jack Black are in....except I do like The Holiday and Jack Black is in that one, but he isn't quite as obnoxious and I like everyone else so that makes up for it.

I agree with He's Just not into you... Hated it.

I watched one with Val Kilmer recently and it was terrible.

Also a new one , or maybe old but newly released in redbox by Jennifer Aniston, The Management. It was boring, we didn't finish it.

Actually, those aren't quite as bad as the others on my list, but I didn't care for how they went at all.

    Eyes Wide Shut...yes, that too!

Wild Hogs-just stupid. The one I can remember that I rented, and just was mad because I wasted the money.

When Psycho was remade, starring Anne Heche. A bunch of girlfriends and I went to the theater expecting to be scared witless, and it was just bad.

There was a teacher-themed movie I saw once that I thought was awful. I can't even be bothered to remember the title, but it was about a teacher from a rich white school who went to teach at an inner-city school full of gangs. It was meant to be a satire but I thought it was nevertheless really poorly done.

Another awful movie--I can't remember the title for this one either, but it's something with "Winter" in it. The main characters were Mr. Winters and his son. There was almost no plot in this movie. The only plot I recall is that the son left for a road trip at the end of the movie. Other than that, according to my wife, most of the movie consisted of New Jersey screen shots interspersed with scenic nature shots.

The Brothers Grimm (went to sleep on purpose during that one)
She's the Man (had to fast forward the awkward acting-- couldn't take it anymore)
The sequel to The Prince and Me
But the worst was a SciFi channel movie about giant spiders attacking a ski lodge.

    I hated
Rocky Horror Picture Show (I know, I know, many will love it...but not me.)
Some Sci-Fi movie with George Clooney when he showed his backside - even that couldn't save the movie.
My Best Friends Girl - Left after ten minutes in the move. Yuck!

Aww, I love Jim Carrey...and Jack Black, but not to the extent that I like Carrey. The Truman Show is one of my favorites.

But worst movies? I'll have to think about that. I know many people hated Waterworld, but as young teenager I loved it. I don't know if I would now. Kevin Costner is one of my favorite actors, so maybe I was cutting him some slack.

I was just going to post that movie! My sister LOVED it as a kid. Although, part of me wonders if she didn't just watch it repeatedly to drive me insane! Hate, hate, hate that movie!

    Umm...
I will also add Barbershop, pretty much ANY Eddie Murphy movie, most Will Farrel movies, Saving Silverman, etc...

Um, I like some of the movies on this list.
The Family Stone is on my all-time favorite movie list. As is Sweet Home Alabama.

I didn't hate Wild Hogs or Mall Cop. Of course, I love Kevin James and Tim Allen so maybe that is why. I liked The Mask when it came out; I was in middle school. Not exactly my type of movie now, but I wouldn't call it awful, either (same with Ace Ventura). And, for some reason, I didn't hate Employee of the Month, either. I actually found it funny the 2nd time I watched it.

Oh, and add me to the list of people who loved the Family Stone!

I loved Drop Dead Fred! But I like stupid movies as long as I know they are going to be stupid going into them. I really liked Bug too.

I'm a huge movie fan so I tend to know what I'm going to like and don't even bother watching what I know I won't. I did go to the theater to see both Vanilla Sky and Eyes Wide Shut and was letdown by both. Also not a fan of Saw and never bothered with all the sequels (what are they on like 43 now).

I completely agree on both movies. I was glad that I didn't pay money to see it in the movie theaters. Transformers 2 had great special effects but the bad writing and the over-the-top sexual innuendos were ruining the movie for me.

I don't watch anything Original movies from Scifi because they are all crap.

Since I have been on Netflix, I have been able to avoid really bad movies because I promise myself to not rent anything below three stars given by other Netflix DVD renters.

I agree with Drop Dead Fred

    The Ring
    Fight Club
    Eyes Wide Shut
    Knowing (Nicholas Cage)
    Quarantine

Yes, starring Phoebe Cates. That was a strange one!

Also, the one w/ Jon Heder: Blades of Glory. However, the Benchwarmers & School for Scoundrels were kind of funny. Napolean Dynamite looked too silly for me to watch.
