What you saw was, quite frankly, none of your business. And that’s exactly how you should handle it: as if you saw a private moment between two consenting adults that you shouldn’t have stuck around to watch. Should they not have been doing it while at school? Probably not, but at the same time, two people kissing isn’t the end of the world. The same thing is featured in a Christmas song that is played every single year without fail. One of them being married is also none of your business.
If they get caught by a student or administrator, it's their problem. There are times to just keep your head down, and this is one of them.
2 options. 1. At the time pop in like "HEY Y'ALL! WHAT'S UP?! Did I interrupt something?" 2. Just keep on walking and not say a thing to anyone. At this point, it is a nunya.

I would think it would be in their own best interest to take precautions against the risk of kids watching them make out. Even if those precautions fail, it's not like these kids haven't seen the same sort of thing before on TV, or if they're high schoolers, real life too. Infidelity is not a crime. And at that level, at worst, it's a coronavirus hazard, but it's not like there aren't already several other things we do every day that border on being one. Also, "one is married"? Any woman married to a teacher is one of the few whose husbands is too busy marking to say no to his wife's request to make love to her and actually mean it. I can't think of many other walks of life that busy with work even at home. We don't have reason to believe "her husband doesn't have the willpower to turn down another woman's offer to make out in the few moments of spare time he gets" is comparably rare.
I actually did that accidentally recently. It was one of the pe teachers and math teachers they were kissing in one of the copy/print/prep rooms. I was just like “oops lemme just grab these”. They were embarrassed as all get out but I left it at that.
I love this option! Especially because I know the teachers so well. It'd be hilarious! 2 of them came to school 1 day beaming last year. My friend asked me what was up with them. I was clueless until I saw them in the hallway the next day. I love them both dearly and really hope it works out for them. They are such a sweet couple! If I had not known them well though, I probably would have kept walking.
I’ve accidentally seen things I should have seen, so I made a quick retreat and tried my entry again with a lot of noise and commotion before the encounter so they had time to get themselves together.
There used to be a local tell-all Facebook page where people anonymously spilled the beans about a variety of things. Most were naughty fantasy/sex stuff. I was surprised to read so many teacher confessions about getting funky in their classrooms with b/f's & hubbies. Kinda like the "mile-high club".
Well I discovered my married principal with a much younger and beautiful woman. I had previously put in a transfer with 4 of my colleagues. When this all surfaced it turned out everyone seemed to know but NEVER mentioned it! My point is more people probably are aware of what you walked in on. I would stay out of it. That principal ended up getting married to her and have been very happy for almost 10 years.
