Some good games would be: candyland, hi-ho cherry-o, memory, simple puzzles, flash cards (numbers, ABC, rhyming) etc. I also put things on my wish list that I use in my writing and art workstations, such as: various kinds of paper, various writing utensils, envelopes, stickers, old cards, egg cartons, watercolors, tissue paper, toilet tissue rolls, pieces of cardboard, buttons, beads, glitter, yarn, etc. Anything I feel will be useful!

I also requested: zipper close baggies (quart/gallon), small dixie cups, dry erase markers, write and wipe crayons, AA batteries for digital camera, and snacks.

Will I get most of these things? probably not, :( But hey, its worth a try right!!! (I've already spent so much money, I can't afford another dime!!!)

Another good thing to ask for is baby wipes and paper towels.

Disposable cameras, sharpie permanent markers, an electric pencil sharpener sized to fit fat pencils, playdough, floor puzzles, building toys (like legos, connectz, tinker toys), card games like Uno (there is a preschool/K version) and Go Fish, safety pins, soap/hand sanitizer, etc.

I may be repeating things in other posts.

puzzles - wooden puzzles and big floor puzzles
    Legos
    Lincoln Logs
    gears
    pattern blocks
    Unifix cubes
things to sort - they sell sorting kits with little plastic things, or these can be recycled objects like old keys, buttons, etc.
    play money
"housekeeping" type items like play sink, stove, refrigerator, play food, pots, pans, etc.
    big wooden blocks
    toy vehicles
art supplies such as acrylic paints, watercolors, play-doh, glitter glue, markers, colored pencils, glue sticks, Fiskars scissors... (this list could be infinite)
a nice big colorful rug for that the whole group can sit on
    books, books, and more books
stamps (like letter stamps) and stamp pads

    There's a ton more...
