For everyone who was admiring Calalilys' classroom library, here ya go! I just bought two boxes (six cubes each) of those wire storage cubes at Target for $12.99 each! For some reason, the blue ones and white ones are $12.99; the chrome ones and black ones are $14.99 each. Since I already have four in multi colors, I chose blue for the price and because they will look great on either side of my multiple colors.

Woo-hoo! I'm so excited...I just had to share! At my local Targets, the sale goes on through Saturday according to the sign on the shelf.

Are you sure the 12.99 aren't the "mini-cubes"? I was in there the other day and they had mini for 12.99 and regular for 14.99.

I hope you are right...I will go see if my Target is the same as yours. Thanks for the tip.

But you have to put them together, or else they won't have all four sides, one cubes top is another cubes bottom..make sense?

Yes. Each table is going to have their own cubby where they store their folders and notebooks. It won't actually be on their tables. :)

Interesting...check the measurements if you're adding to a collection. My new ones are 14 1/2" cubes, which match my existing ones. Those in the ad shown above are not exactly cubes. It wouldn't matter so much unless you're fitting them together with existing cubes. Also, the ones I bought last night are usually $19.99, not $14.99 like the ad says. So it looks like there are a couple of sizes out there. Just be sure to get what you want!

Yeah I like these because they are a bit smaller. I think they will be the perfect size to put some folders/notebooks for each group.

I was just noticing the reviews on these on the Target site. The ones that are on sale seemed to get poor reviews, but some similar ones (the 19.99 ones) got really good reviews. You just might want to try to assemble them right away to be sure they are what you want while you still have time to make a change.

The ones I wrote about ARE the $19.99 ones. They're exactly like the ones given to me a few years ago, and very sturdy!

I bought mine today! I ended up getting the 14.99 blue ones (by organizit) on sale. I was concerned about reviews on the Target site about them being hard to put together etc. but my husband put them together this eveing without any problems. They seem really sturdy. :)
