In a breakout group on Dec. 8, I'll be giving a presentation about School improvement to a bunch of school board supers and principals from across MI. I offered my premise, "The Quality of Substitute Teaching in a School is the Best Barometer for determining the School's Collective Academic Health" As you can see by my title, I'll be needing lots of help with this.
