It seems that no matter how many glue sticks or post its I buy over the summer, I always run out of those first. What about you?:)

I ran out of staples, twice! I also ran out of large paperclips.....how do you run out of paperclips?!?!?!?!

I still have post its left from last year, and last years classroom had so many index cards they were coming out of my ear. Lets not even mention the CASE of chalk!

    Staples and paperclips though.........not enough.

I found myself coveting paperclips last year. I would hoard them like crazy (otherwise I would have been out in November). I would even pick them up off the floor if I saw one!

We don't use post its. Glue sticks you betcha. Index cards we have to replenish. Personally I don't think any of the sales on that are good enough to mass buy.

What it all boils down to...they eat them. I have seen it! Not joking.

The items that we couldn't keep last year was pencils and erasers. I swear they were eating them when I wasn't looking. The kids said the pencil monster ate them. I stocked up at Staples though and hopefully will avoid that issue this year.

ohh yeah tissues....but that is something that I refuse to buy.....the kids use them (and waste so many when blowing), they should supply them!!!!! One year the school bought each classroom a case. Between that and the ones the kiddos brought I was set! Last year...I was out for over a month! Even with a note home saying that I did not have any, the space on my shelf stayed empty! If kids needed a tissue, they had to grab paper towles from the skink.....

We ask for tissue on the supply list. Thankfully, they don't eat those just waste the **** out of them.

I always run out of Kleenex, pencils, erasers, paper, wipes, and soap! I stocked up on a few of these things already. The kids never bring enough and I hardly ever get parents to replenish things throughout the year. They just don't understand no matter how many letters and reminders I send home!

I'm telling ya...we need surveillance cameras so we can catch the perps. The little monkeys eat stuff.

Tape, pencils and erasers are the 3 things I always am running out to buy (or picking up in the halls after the caretakers sweep out the classrooms).

Kleenex, glue, post-its, and large paperclips. I had millions of the small paper clips, but I was always running out of the large ones!

Oh, and I don't buy the Kleenex either if it runs out, since they use like 5 Kleenexes for one little blow. If they don't bring any in, they have to use the hard, brown paper towels or toilet paper.

I have kids bring 6 3X3 post it pads each. 3-4 glue sticks. 2 fat dry erase markers. (as well as other supplies) If supplies run out or dry up I send notes home asking for replenishments.
