Wow, I haven't followed football since high school! My roommate was from England, and we were both more obsessed with Michael Owen than two girls living in Louisiana should have been. Posters of him everywhere! Football players are so much better looking than American football players, who do not need to be in quite as good of shape.

I can relate to cheering for a perennially losing team. I follow the New Orleans Saints over here, and they have only recently begun to win much at all.

Glad you are back on the "bandwagon". Isn't that the way it always is with us fans? Hope they have better luck next Saturday.
