I start setting up tomorrow. I spent all my money in Ikea this weekend. Such great stuff in the children's section! I bought some rugs, two small chairs for the snack table, children's porcelain dishes and silverware, finger puppets, markers/stamp sets, velvet pouch for a mystery bag, plants,a plant stand, cotton floor mats for $2.99!!, baskets, table mats, kitchen utensils, plastic tubs (I found some tubs with castors and lids) candle, nesting dolls, etc. etc. I went a little crazy!

I'm starting with Language,Math, and Sensorial tomorrow. On Tuesday I'll set up Practical Life and Cultural areas.

    How about all of you?:)

I start back on Monday. I am going to clean and organize. I bought loads of new 3 part cards from in print and Matri. I will be doing lots of laminating and cutting. My assistant is horrible at cutting, coloring, copying, etc. It makes me wonder why I have one at all! Anyway, I just had my DH load up my car. I have stuff that I bought at the Dollar Tree, Lakeshore, and a big order from Alison's. I also am expecting a shipment from Montessori n' such anyday. I found a wonderful montessori website. It is called montessoriboard.com. The owner has set up a section for classroom photos. He has beautiful pics of his practical life works. Anyway, you should take a peek. I am going to try and post some pics this week as I set up the room. Good Luck.

Don't you love montessori n such? I'm waiting for an order also. I am planning a trip to Dollar Tree this week as well as the local teacher store.
I have my fair share of laminating and cutting as well. I haven't met my assistant yet. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Thanks for the website info. I am always in search of classroom photos for ideas and inspiration. Good luck to you! :)
