Which subject is most in demand/wanted (if looking to get hired) ?

    Math, Science, Social Studies, Spanish,etc ?

    Generally, physics and chemistry teachers are most in demand, with math a close second.

    Same here as above! Chemistry and physics are by far the most in demand with math right behind. English, history and language teachers are a dime a dozen.

    Definitely Chem and Physics. There are just too many teeacher in some of those other subject areas.

    Here in Texas, definitiely the physical sciences (chemistry and physics) and math. And if you are also Spanish bilingual, you will be tripping over all the job offers!
