Which is the best skill in students for a job?
Honestly, this question is so vague is useless, which suggests to me that it was dreamed up by an academic.
What sort of job? Do you mean to get a job, or to perform well in that job once it's gained? Do you mean jobs available right now, or those that will be available in the future? What age of student? Do you want to take into account student proclivities?

Good subject knowledge, soft skills and of course your sincerity, seriousness, willingness for hard work, punctuality etc. Nothing special
Honesty and integrity...I have seen too many people go down due to lying, cheating, or other dishonesty. Once someone is caught in a lie, their good reputation is usually over.

It depends on your interests. Please go through the list of courses provided and invest time and energy in that.

I'd say the ability and willingness to persevere when the job gets tough and being coachable.
Having great interpersonal skills, the ability to read and write skillfully, the ability to think in the moment, having enhanced problem solving ability and being a team player, to name a few.
It depends on the job.
Are you talking about academic skills or character traits?
Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
Separate names with a comma.
