I've been up since 3 am... can I count what I've already done?

    4 loads of laundry
set Julia up with a playdate
    cleared out the living room
got bags of clothes out for the needy...they were picked up this morning.

    still on the agenda:

I reallly wouldn't call it fun. I'd call it more tedious. I already did the master bathroom. Thankfully the molding was primed. I did, though, have to give it two coats. The worst part was I had to keep moving the ladder.

I scrubbed my floor and did some laundry already. I took a nap too, because lets face it, a pregnant woman on her hands and knees scrubbing the floor gets a little tired.

I am going to finish cleaning the whole house
    Fold all of the laundry
    Make taco salad for dinner
    finish my social studies unit!

Cold milk of magnesia really helps. It helps dry them out (like the ulcers in your stomach). You can either swish a mouth full, or use a q-tip to dab it on every 15-30 min.

I used to get them constantly, until I started talking suppressive therapy for cold sores. Now I get maybe 1 every month or two.

I hope it helps! I am going to be honest and say it tastes like chalky nastiness... but the relief (for a few minutes) is worth it. Hopefully it will be better in a day or two.

OK, I did all but the laundry (the cleaning lady was delayed at a post-party cleaning so she's coming Thursday...the laundry can wait, it will ALWAYS be there...unless of course you strip naked and wash what you had on and then for one brief and shining moment all will be clean.....)

    My list

Okay, I did everything except #3. Didn't get the braces off, though, because I don't wear my rubberbands like I should. Next month, though!

I'll see if I can get to #3 tonight, but I might have a date, so who knows! :)

    Wednesday:

    1. more laundry. What else is new?
    2. Nag the kids about summer reading. They'll do it, but need to be reminded
3,4,5. The closet in Brian's room. It's bursting; you couldn't fit another sock in there if you had to.
    6. Some more math prep; I'll choose the topic when I'm in the mood.

    1. Two loads of laundry
    2. Nag daughter about vacuuming
    3. Start planning rough schedule for morning meeting and phonics
    4. Get blood drawn (already did)
    5. Find more used books at local thrift (already did)

I am very proud of myself for devoting 3 hours of my time on Monday to getting our second computer set up with a router and adapter. 3 hours of time with very nice people with heavy accents (Vista referred to as Wista) who I could barely hear while roofers were working on the roof. 6 roofer guys came to door to look at evidence of leak, dog ran out, while I was on phone with BellSouth. I had to ask the lady to hold and she sounded a bit miffed. Roofers had to get dog back in while I showed the leak in the garage ceiling.

Glad it's done - and my daughter now feels obligated big time since this was all for her new computer!
