While I was working in my classroom, two students were added to my list. I went through the whole emotional rollar coaster ride, and then as I walked to the other side of the school to get the desks needed (in the acceptance mode), the same two students were put in another third grade class because the principal hadn't realized I already had the highest number of students. Phew!!
Amazed at the numbers of students in your classrooms!
23 so far...but they just keep showing up, haha! I had 21 yesterday and got 2 new friends this morning. 21 out of 23 are ELLs . The irony is that the 2 non-ELLs are the two lowest students in the class!
I just heard my number is going up instead of down. I've been told to prepare for at least 30 In a teeny-tiny room
I have 21. We cap at 23.
