First year teacher here! I'm looking into buying a laminator I can either keep at home or school to laminate things myself. I've learned getting things laminated at school need to be approved. And as for laminating at Lakeshore, or other teacher supply stores, will only be for humongous things I may need to laminate. I've seen a $25 Scotch laminator at Walmart/Target, but wanted to get more input from teachers on here! Thank you in advance
I have that laminator and I LOVE it. Best thing I've purchased for the classroom. I didn't think I'd use it much, but even in HS, I use it all the time. I've had it over a year and never had any problems
I have it as well. Last I checked, it was about $22 on Amazon and the sheets were extremely cheap! If you buy both, you get free 2 day shipping!
I have the scotch thermal laminator T901. I wrote a review here: http://thepencilmonkey.blogspot.com/2013/07/laminator-review.html One of my coworkers has the T901E, the one that I have seen in walmart, and it works the same. I don't think there is much difference in our models. They seem to work the same but mine is slightly smaller.
