That sounds really good!
Hubs showed me how to make golabki, a Polish stuffed cabbage. Soooo good.
Fajitas for us
pepper steak and rice here
Ours was so yummy, Mike..
What did you stuff the cabbage with?

I'm making pork tenderloin with pineapple-papaya salsa. I might have some strawberry wine to go with it! A very fruity dinner LOL
Flattened chicken, corn-on-the-cob, coleslaw, cucumber salad.
I read this thread religiously for ideas, but I am so overwhelmed by what you all make!! My hotdogs and macaroni just can't compete!
Scalloped ham, broccoli and potato casserole. I love it, but the kids aren't eating it, so we won't have it too often.
Breakfast for dinner..
Roasted herbed potatoes
...there's homemade Cherry Garcia ice cream...not ruling out that ending up on top of waffles.
Enchilada casserole. Yummy!
I made my esposo some grits. I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat.

This time, it's spicy noodles & chicken nuggets. Soon, I'm off to enjoy a Lifetime movie!
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Chili. And lots of it!
Homemade beef stew, homemade biscuits, and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Leftover tri-tip sandwich and squash! So yummy. SO barbecued a big ol' hunk of meat and some veggies last night. I'm eating unintentionally late because I was busy. Side note, I can't believe how many people seem to make a main course, side dish, dessert, etc almost every single day. I am so jealous and hope I have the time to cook more sooner rather than later (Not that you all have lots of free time, I'm just taking night classes so I get home after dinner time). My tummy, tastebuds, and health need that kind of real food more often! BF tries and I appreciate it so much, but it's no mom-style home cooking every night...
Edit: I feel like I've left this comment before, possibly even on this thread. Too many pages to find out!
I saw the title "What's for Dinner". Underneath was the answer, "Bison".
I thought to myself, yum, bison sounds good. Haven't had a bison burger for a while.... Oops. Time to go to sleep.
If I'm making a side, other than veggies, I usually make enough for at least 2 nights, sometimes 3. I will also make extra meat so it can be re-heated for another dinner. Frozen veggies are a staple in my house and they take 5 minutes in the microwave. So, although I will post about meat, side, and veggie, most of the time one or more was left over from a previous night.

Ha! I'm not a huge fan of bison actually. I find it a bit blah because it's leaner. I do like trying new meats (and foods in general) though! Making sides for a few days is a good idea. We do try to make enough of everything to eat several times.
I have a teen in the house. So, when I cook more, he eats more. I have learned to make a pot of mac and cheese or rice to fill him up.
We STILL don't have a kitchen; we ordered the granite yesterday. So for now, it's microwave or grill.
Tonight is Religious Ed for me from 5-6 (I teach my daughter's 5th grade class of 20 kids), then for my older daughter from 7-8:15. So Tuesdays tend to be fast food; the mall food court is about a mile away.
Last night was homemade veggie soup.
Tonight--chicken breasts, broccoli, kale salad.
Last night we had cajun spiced pork loin and veggies. We mostly skip side dishes unless it's veggies or a salad.
Tonight will be a chef salad with maybe 2 different meats, cheeses and hard boiled egg. I mostly skip the meat but hubby likes ham and salami. Sometimes I add grilled chicken.
Last night was Subway sandwiches on the way to softball practice.
Last night I made sausage, onion, carrots, and peppers over rice. I used spicy turkey sausage. It was really good. I think we'll have salmon tonight, with a salad.
Tomato basil soup and an ultimate grilled cheese sandwich (cheddar cheese, muenster cheese, tomatoes and pesto spread) from this fantastic soup and salad place called Zupas.
It's my favorite "I feel better about my life" meal on the planet. And I need to feel better about my life today
Turkey pot pie...had turkey on Sunday...time to use the leftovers!!
Oh.....now you have me drooling at my desk!! That sounds good.
I loved grilled cheese! I make them on my pannini press and add pepper jelly but I might try the pesto sometime.
Whatever my sister in law is making. And cake. Lots of cake. Cake that leaves a mess. A lot of mess. Our kitchen will never be clean again.
Hugs, mt. At least there's cake to go with the mess.
Yes. I'll keep telling myself that. Thanks
Everything is always better when there's cake!
I have sampled half of the stuff in the house, and nothing tastes right. I started a new medicine on Saturday, and it makes everything bland or have a funny aftertaste.
Sorry to hear that, Ima. That really stinks.
I am becoming a fan of casseroles. I like the idea of a whole meal in a single dish. We usually do a main entrée and a veggie of some kind. Meals here are usually pretty simple and quick. At this point in time we are running in various directions at once.
Tonight we had spaghetti, green beans, and French bread. I am taking meds that ruin the taste of everything. I hope it was good.

I was planning to go to the fair this evening, but change of plans. I'll have something delicious for dinner...don't know what yet, but it will be good.
Cod with tomatoes, crunchy Asian cole slaw. Healthy eating!
We had a BBQ with onion/jalapeno burgers and garlic green beans. I wish we could BBQ all year round! Going to have to put away the grill soon
