Homemade split pea soup with ham.
This thread reminds me why I could never be a post office worker---it just keeps coming and coming and coming........................................................

I had something similar but with a Greek twist!

Apple Bee's because why not!
Also, after a hard day of playing with play dough and chasing kids around the room, I think I deserve it.

I finally got to the grocery store, so I guess I have to cook. I'm making baked ziti for my son and a pot of chili for myself and my daughter (who probably won't eat much of it as she works in a restaurant).
Most likely left overs even though I want something different.
It's a chilly winter evening, so comfort food was in order. I made this soup - it's the second time this month. I don't usually repeat recipes this frequently, but this soup is just too good!
That sounds delicious!
Cucumber and onion salad, pork stew, mashed potatoes, and homemade key lime pie.

Great guys! Last night, I had a nice salad w/ (organic) red leaf lettuce & spinach w/ all the ingredients I like (green onions, radishes, avocados, cilantro, etc.) & I added grilled salmon. It was so good!
Another day last week was turkey tacos!!!
Mushroom fettuccine with rotisserie chicken and broccoli!
Broiled pork chops, zucchini, and cauliflower puree.
I made creamy Dijon tarragon salmon with mashed red potatoes.
Baked potatoes with ghee, uncured bacon, red pepper sauce (Whole30)

Stir fried butternut squash spiral veg-ghetti.

I'm definitely going to make this one. Thanks!

I'm making chili rellenos casserole. It makes a lot so I'll have leftovers for a night I don't want to cook!

Take out. Chicken marsala, caesar salad, penne with alfredo sauce, peas and prosciutto.

Working on tonight’s dinner; chicken noodle soup with homemade noodles, and homemade bread.
I'm impressed by the homemade noodles. Last night we had Turkey sausage with onions and peppers over pasta. We add hot sauce, red pepper flakes and lots of garlic.
I'm reading through these posts to get inspired for tonight.
Janlee, can you provide your recipe for pork stew?
Ribs, roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli.
Hamburgers and trying this: http://fakeginger.com/loaded-cauliflower-mac-cheese/ on the side.
Unfortunately, it’s a frozen meal for me tonight, and most nights really. I’m just too lazy to cook, so I can’t really complain!

I would gladly share but it is a long recipe.
Ok. Thanks anyway. What type of pork do you use?

How was it? I'm definitely going to bookmark this.
Honestly, I didn't love it. It was okay, and I'll eat the left overs, but I really missed the cheese!!

I buy about a 2 pound rib end pork loin (not as expensive as the center cut) and I cut it into approximately 1 1/2 inch cubes.

I bet it would be good if you add cheese LOL
I added cheese to the leftovers yesterday and it was MUCH better!
Thank you, Janlee.
I'm into Brazilian Churrascarias since I first tried one some yrs back. I may be having some today.
Slow cooker barbaque beef chili, jasmine rice, cheesy corn muffins. Perfect on this snowy, rainy, icy night.

Doesn't cheese make everything better? I'm a cheesaholic on the road to recovery...just kidding...I'm on the road to the cheese store
I made a pork loin with a dijon sauce in the Instant Pot. I thought it was ok but my hubby didn't like it.
Sweet potatoes with ghee, sautéed mushrooms and onions, broccoli. Veggie yum.

It's Friday & I'm having Cafe Rio for dinner...a salad w/ the habanero chicken & probably a taco or enchilada.
Now that I have CR in my area, I choose that place over Chipotle now. I think they're more flavorful.
