I am teaching a class on crock pot cooking in a couple weeks, so I am dry-running my grocery list tonight, making 9 freezer meals, and we'll have that many to try out over the next few days!
I have 2 chicken breasts. One's marinading in a garlic & herb marinade & the other in an Asian oyster sauce. I'll see which one I like better!

You seem to eat a lot of prepared food.. you can make similar and healthier entees from fresh ingredients.
Just threw together a chef's salad for tonight. Last night was zucchini noodles with homemade sauce (that I made over the weekend).
Made a turkey breast the other day & hubby made a lot of gravy. So made another breast to make turkey pot pie. Will throw other half in a food saver bag for another time. It turned out so good! I made a apple crisp for dessert...so yummy!

We're celebrating tonight also. Corn beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, homemade Irish soda bread, and homemade carrot cake for dessert. The boys are bringing the beverages!
