It was "buffet" night. Put all the leftovers on the counter and everyone had a little of this and that...salad, shrimp, scampi, tacos, skillet chicken with egg noodles and veggies. I did make individual molten chocolate cakes.
Tonight is Lauren's last night at home before she goes back to school; we're going to a little Greek restaurant that has the best tzatziki! I'll probably pick up a chocolate/caramel cheesecake for dessert.

Turkey sandwich w/ mayo, mustard, basil leaves, red onions, & havarti cheese. Never had these ingredients in a sandwich before. I'm sure it's good!
Buffalo chicken meatballs and a vegetable medley with carrots, corn, and asparagus.
Finished the "doggie bags" from last night's Greek dinner--pork souvlaki, roasted potatoes, broccoli and peppers with garlicky tzatziki!

Roasted chicken on the treager and garlic rice. Lately I have been doing lots of Crockpot meals. I put 11 meals together last week and have 9 left for this week.

Pork tenderloin in the slow cooker with apples, onion, garlic and cider, roasted butternut squash, carrots and leeks.
Meatloaf and roasted sweet potatoes
I took some chicken breasts out of the freezer this morning; I'll probably saute them with sweet onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and snap peas.
Left overs and a big salad!

Shephard's pie in the crockpot tonight.
I had frozen waffles last night...
(This 'morning' sickness is really getting old!)

Grape tomato & scallion salad w/ Asian dressing & seasonings & mozzarella sticks.
Balsamic chicken with asparagus and carrots.
Stir-fried steak, button mushrooms and green beans with mashed cauliflower.
I had a huge batch of chili in the slow-cooker yesterday; we'll be eating that a few times this coming week.
Me too! I make it every Sunday!
Crock pot beef dinner - like a stew but with less liquid. Layer carrots, green beans, snow peas, onions, red potatoes. Top with chunks of sirloin. I use a packet of beef gravy sprinkled on top, add one cup water.

Nothing fancy-pork chops with Shake 'N Bake and some kind of vegetable. Hopefully cheesy potatoes (not sure if we have any) but maybe canned beans with bacon.
Butternut squash and shrimp soup
Chicken and broccoli stir fry with a spicy garlic sauce. Homemade not take out!

Yummy!!! If you have a recipe, could you PM it to me?
Tonight is store-made stromboli. Bought it last week and it needs to be eaten. Tomorrow is probably red beans and rice so I have lunch the rest of the week.
Salad w/ grape tomatoes, English cucumber, & red onions tossed w/ Asian toasted sesame dressing, small Mama Celeste pizza (haven't had one in years), & Morningstar Farms meatless parmesan "chicken" nuggets.
Seafood sausage and a curried brown rice salad.
Pork loin with peach-bourbon barbecue sauce, spaghetti squash and snap peas with baby carrots.
Home-made chicken noodle soup with home-made noodles!
Wow Missy...tomorrow is our soup day!

Cheesy chicken pasta it is tonight! Too tired to come up with anything more elaborate.
I actually made dinner last night! With my 'morning' sickness that hits at about 4:00 every afternoon, this is the first time I've done that since about the first week of December. We had salmon patties, butter noodles, and applesauce. Nothing super fancy, but I ate it and kept it down, too!
(It was a VERY rough weekend, so that was very exciting.)
Seared scallops and sautéed spinach with cannelini beans...my husband is quite the gourmet...a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
I was making a meal for a meal train recipient, and doubled the recipe!
