My hoosband requested leftover shrimp and crawfish chowdah. (I call them crayfish, though.)

I made a big batch and froze some a few weeks ago. It has shrimp, crayfish, spicy sausage, potatoes, corn, carrots, scallions, garlic, neufchatel cheese, milk, and lots of spices. It's soooo yummy.

    Food from Arby's:

    - Marketfresh turkey, ranch & swiss sandwich
    - few mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, & potato cakes

    That's all I ate today.

I may have some organic straweberries later.

Yes, I used to have one pretty close to me, then it closed & the next one, while it's not far, it's not just around the corner either, so since I was passing through, I got it. Hadn't eaten their food in probably almost a year.

I created food for my toddler grandchildren and made the family eat it.

Augratin potatoes with polish sausages (the ones with cheese inside). So basically a microwave casserole.

I don't care what the grown up's thought, the grand kids ate it right up when they normally throw their food on the floor!

NO moping for me tonight! LOL

My apt complex is having Pizza Hut night where it's $7 for medium cheese or pepperoni pizzas. I think I'll take advantage of their offer this time!

Something to go with the fresh sweet corn that the secretary at church gave us--even better, it's already shucked!!

(But I'm not feeling inspired as for the main dish...)

When we have fresh corn we have to have something grilled on the bbq to go with it!

Same here! I just checked the ad and saw that the grocery store has pork tenderloins on sale--and those are always really delicious! I may stop and pick up one of those.

Love my DH, but I'm really glad that he's going out with the boys tonight so I can have some "me" time. At first I wanted Chipotle, but I don't feel like driving there, so I think I'll order some of the boneless, garlic parm chicken wings from Pizza Hut and have them with last night's green beans.

Not sure what I want to drink. Lately I've been on a cranberry juice kick so maybe I'll have some of that.

Sometimes after I eat dinner, I have regret and wish I had eaten something different. Tonight is one of those nights. The chicken from Pizza Hut was good, but now i really wish I had ordered Chipotle. I like rice.

Picked up some pattypan squash at the farmers' market this morning, so I need to figure out something to do with that. The rest of dinner will be leftovers--turkey breast, green salad, rice or pasta for my husband.

I make a quiche at least once a week and do all varieties. I know a woman who is French and she even prefers my quiche over her french recipes LOL
