We're having cheese tortellini and a salad. Probably a green veggie, too.

    How are you?

We're making stir-fry! It's so good and so easy. Rice, frozen veggies, a little soy sauce, and some chicken. Cook the chicken and then toss it all into a wok/big pan together. Yum-o.

Last night we had bbq hamburgers and pesto tortellini. Tonight I don't feel like much so I might just throw together some tuna salad. My hubby has been on a mini pizza kick this summer. We use bagels, english muffins or sandwich thins. If it's too hot to turn on the oven they still come out ok if you use a toaster oven.
