I'm reading Julie and Julia and it made me think, if you could do something for a year and write about it, what would you choose?

Gosh, that is a tough question. I'll have to think about that.

I'd love to take a year off to travel the world and write about it! (just finished reading Eat, Pray, Love!)

I had a dream a few years ago that I would be teaching somewhere.... Africa? Somewhere with extreme poverty...with missionaries.

    I'd PREFER something glamorous... but if that's a purpose-rather than just a dream-then I'll go.

I write stories for my siblings for Christmas gifts, they love them even tough they're from my perspective.

Right now I've been writing summer family stories. My niece married a month ago and I took a lot of pictures and wrote a great story to go along with it. Also, we took the grand daughter to an amusement park and DH took lots of pictures, I wrote dialog and thoughts to go with them. I also tell my grand daughter four wheeler stories when she spends the night at my house, I typed up the stories for her and she reads them, of course, she's familiar with the stories so she ad-libs some...she's only 3.

It's morbid, but I'm a realist, I'm working on my 80 y.o. and 86 y.o. mother and father's obituaries. They're both in very, very poor health and I don't want to have to write them under pressure.

Ideally, I'd write about adventures while traveling to exotic places, but I'm finding my real stories very satisfying right now.

I would write about the adventures in the life of a kindergarten teacher - there is never a dull moment.

I would write about the highs and lows of the past year, for anyone else struggling with the same medical issues.

I think I'd like to visit all the weird/quirky/unusual places around the country (at least one per state) and write about those.
