I take Vitamin E, Super B-complex, Lycopene, Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil, and Centrum Silver Chewables (I'm over 50.). I really think they help.

My husband and I take a daily multi-vitamin, fish oil, CoQ10, vitamin D, magnesium (but not every day). I'd have to ask him what they are all for...but I know he very seldom gets sick.

I don't take any but I'm sure I should, especially calcium. I hate that vitamin smell.

I have Calcium, a multivitamin, flaxseed oil, and Super B complex. I seriously can't take them in the morning because they make me GAG. I guess because my stomach is empty? Just makes me nauseous. I am going to try to take them at night. Does anyone else do that?

I take a women's multivitamin and calcium. If you hate that vitamin taste...the women's Viactive are good. They have a berry tasting coating. :)

Yes, I take my vitamins at night because I have to take a thyroid pill and both iron and calcium interrupt the absorption of it.

I can't lie but I take Flinstone's gummies. I can't stand any other vitamins and have a hard time swallowing many of them. So I take 2 of the gummies.

    They're delicious actually!

Ok, I sound like a kid.

TeacherNY....I do use the container or I never remember to take them. I don't take them at night though.

I take woman's multi with cranberry, Vitamins E & C, calcium, magnesium, B complex and fish oil.

Those who take flaxseed oil, how do you take it? Straight?

My husband swears by fish oil--he says that you have to take the ones with a certain ratio. I have them, but I forget to take them. I'm not quite sure what they are supposed to do. I guess I could ask my husband.

ME, too!! I give my lil' ones there's at dinner as well so we can remind each other to take them!!!

I think the plastic week divider is a good idea. I use it for my thyroid pill so I remember to take it every morning. It is a rare occasion if I do.

I take prenatal vitamins because of my gastric bypass I had in 2001. I also have to take iron tablets, vitamin E, vitamin A, and occassionally vitamin B complex. I also take them at night because of my thyroid medicine.

The flaxseed oil that I take is in a softgel form. I don't know how the liquid form tastes. Not too good i'm sure lol.

I haven't seen that kind. I think there is a fish oil/borage or flaxseed combo, but the pill was HUGE!

I take Vitamin E and Niacin. I have to take iron a couple of times per year. My doctor suggested fish oil, but I haven't started it yet.

Unfortunately, I take several medications, so I have to use those daily pill boxes to remember to take everything. I have one for morning, one for noon, and one for night. I take all my vitamins at night, except for the iron. I always take the iron with my supper of it kills my stomach.

I remember going to the doctor and seeing all those "old people" with HUGE bags of pill bottles and wondering what could possibly be wrong with someone for them to need that much medication.

    Now I know.

Trinda, I have to be on prenatals for the rest of my life because our surgery causes malabsorption and over the counter vitamins don't have enough iron in them. In fact, after a blood test was given, I have to take iron supplements in addition to the prenatals.

I take a viactiv--milk chocolate. My calcium is low since I went through menopause at 31 years old :)eek:), so I take it for osteoporosis prevention.

When I was trying to get pg, I was on a prenatal, but those along with all other multivitamins make me very, very nauseus. I had to resort to folic acid pills only.

I take it for my cholerstol (how do I spell that?).

I take the fish oil & fiber in the a.m. with my morning meds. I have a hard time remembering to take my meds in the morning when I don't have school. I guess it's because I sleep in & then don't eat breakfast.

I take the niacin for cholesterol, specifically high triglycerides. I take the B12 for cholesterol, but also to help keep from becoming anemic. I started having trouble with anemia when I was on dialysis, and I had to take Procrit shots and lots of iron. Once my levels were regulated with those, the doctor recommended B12 since I don't eat much meat either. I've heard it's good for sleep rhythms, too. I take the Vitamin E to supplement my blood pressure and heart medications.
