What you seem to be asking for is a schedule of the daily activities, not lesson plan format. What is your day like? (Full day, half day?) What grade level? Age group? What you offered looks like preschool to me....My preschool experience was full day and some kids were there for childcare reasons while others were there for 'preschool'. I had 'sponge' activities as children arrived as their arrival times varied. Snack, Then circle related to theme. Off to centers- fine motor/art, math (sorting/classifying/counting), puzzles/books related to theme which the kids rotated through. Then Outside. Lunch. Circle again- then free choice centers: dramatic play, sand/water table, playdough, tubs, etc. Nap. The afternoon was way less structured as most kids left by 2:30 or 3. It's been a while so I'm sure those in preschool now will have great suggestions.

    here's my Kindergarten schedule

I teach full day Kindergarten in a day care center and my kids go to public school first grade when they leave me. Here's my schedule.

    6:45-8:00 Arrival; combined groups
8:00-9:00 Arrival; free choice areas (dramatic play, blocks, language arts, art, math, science)
9:00-9:45 Circe 1- calendar, morning message, morning songs, introduction of days activities
    9:45-10:00 Breakfast
10:00-11:00 Literacy Centers/ Math or Science Activities (We do mainly literacy centers but I like to add a math or science activity to vary things a little)
11:00-11:15 Circle 2- reinforce theme for day
    11:15-12:00 Outside or Gym time
    12:00-12:30 Lunch

    2:30-2:45 Put cots away
    2:45-3:00 Circe 3
3:00-4:00 Stations/Centers with activities to go with the theme of the day
