    1) 8:15 when the kids start.

    2) I'll likely come around 6:45. I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE staying late at school. HATE it. I get nothing done. I'd rather leave at 4pm every day and manage my time well in the morning/during the day. With 3:15 dismissal, I suspect I'll have a solid 20 minutes to do last minute cleaning/prep and everything else can be dealt with in the morning.

One time last year I was without a car for 3 weeks. I begged a ride off the 2nd grade teacher and she was getting me to work at 7:30 when the kids came at 7:50. I nearly died. I need that mental prep time. Your start times give me such anxiety!

Need to be there at 7:45, which is also the time students begin entering the building. Usually try to be there between 7:15 and 7:30 depending on how quick I got out of bed that day.

We are allowed to leave at 3:30 and I usually try to leave around 4.

I'm able to arrive when I want. As long as I work a 6 1/2 hr day & work w/ all the kids & attend the meetings I'm supposed to. I like to arrive no later than 7:30, so I can leave at a halfway good time.

Contract time is 8:30 to 3:30.

I try to arrive by 8:10. I leave right on time usually unless I'm busy with IEPs or other paperwork. This is my first year in 3 that I won't have a kid with me. Might try walking again after school.

    A) 8:00

    B) 7:30-7:45

As the year progresses it gets closer and closer to 8.
I always say I'm going to start getting their earlier, but I know I'm just kidding myself.

Do you have a schedule of when you'll pull out kids? Our pull out teachers (speech, OT, PT, Sped, etc) give the teachers schedules of when they'll be pulling kids...random scheduling, pulling out at Unscheduled times seems like it could be disruptive to the regular schedule. If it Works in your school though, good for you!

Sure do have a schedule that I create from scratch, of course working around RSP, PE, language arts time blocks, lunches, recesses, computer lab, etc., all while trying to keep similar grade level of kids & their IEP goals together in the same groups..not too cinchy a feat considering all that. Then I send the schedule out to all.
