Each Spring, groups of students in my class are in charge of growing a specific plant or vegetable. The kids chart the plant's progress and care. We then have a contest during the last week of school to see which plant made the most progress or was in the best care. We have a good fertile soil outside of our classroom that gets decent sunlight. Any ideas on what we should grow this spring?
I should probably mention that we are in the midwest so our Spring temperatures can vary. We also only have about 6 weeks of school left. Let me know what has worked for you in the past. Thanks~
