    The problem is that a few people - on both sides, I might add - were extremely ready both to take offense and to give it, some to the point of rending the fabric of the community.

    I don't see the big deal. Sure, there was some bickering. But nothing compared to other political forums I've been on.

    As hard as I tried, no one called me a communist even once.

    Sarge, it might not have been as bad as other forums, but it was definitely starting to get too personal.
