I am applying for teaching jobs in Georgia. Not sure what the term K-5 non-aligned means as a job description. Thanks!

As a job description? All I could think of was when curriculum is non-aligned to standards. I have a feeling it has to do with instructional alignment somehow. Now people have mentioned that salaries can be non-aligned...

The job description, instead of stating a specific grade level state K-5 non-aligned. There are five such jobs listed in the Gwinnett County School District here in Georgia, and I have seen similar job listings in other districts. I have googled it and haven't had any luck. I am wondering if it means a variety of grade levels in one classroom.
