I have been in a new district since August. I've had a couple of walk throughs but no feedback. What does this mean? If there was an issue with my performance, would they directly tell me? Thanks!

In my experience no feedback on walk-throughs are a good thing. If there was a concern, they would tell you.

I suspect this is a case of "no news is good news".

To me it means that they are very busy and nothing about your performance screams high priority. I'm with the others, no news is good news.
