Hello! I am a new 1st grade teacher trying to figure out how I want my class to look/run etc. and was wondering what you all use/do for classroom management?
The whole school uses Responsive Classroom. I love it. We do behavior plans for our "frequent fliers". Other than that, there isn't much record keeping. It helps the children develop self control, instead of having to control them with reward systems.
