What do you all think about my principal's post surprise email comments

He wrote about the following:
good speaking voice
polite style
need to make my visual I used for class clearer (in terms of being able to see it)

 

Not having actually been in your class, I think those are all important things to consider.

I would take it as good overall. Not only did he point out what you're doing well, but he took the time to point out something specific you can work on. After tons of middle of the road, comment free evaluations last year, I found myself eager for the APs who took the time to really comment on specifics. so be grateful you have a principal who cares enough to do so.
