    Jun 9, 2018

    Yesterday was my last day of teaching, and I am now officially retired! It was a very emotional day (but I’m a very emotional person.) On top of that, we are moving next week to an active adult community in Northern California. We have a beautiful new house and are already making friends at the new location. Many changes, but I’m looking forward to new adventures!

    Ahhh, you can finally savor your well-earned reward! I also retired recently and live in a quaint retirement community in the Sierra foothills in northern California. Who knows, we may be neighbors! Congratulations on a job well-done!

    Congrats--Retirement is great. I did it in April although it was not by choice--I was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease.
