I emailed the p and explained that I was very interested but had a few questions as I've only really ever taught K-4. I expressed my enthusiasm for science. She emailed back with some answers, and told me to expect a call this afternoon for an interview. "We'll start there" were her exact words. I'm weirdly excited! :woot:

Thanks everyone. I tried to let her know that first would be my first choice, while still sounding excited about this other opportunity. I do think it would be cool to use my science background. Have applied for other science jobs in the past, but one I didn't get and the other I withdrew for another position. I guess the interview will tell!
Thanks. The vice p. called me for the first grade interview this morning. It will be on Aug. 5th. The office is closed next week. I haven't heard about the 7-8 interview yet. Appreciate all the support!
