Thanks, I'll try that. I am a lot more discriminating now that I don't have "real" tv. A show has to be REALLY good for me to bother finding it online. I used to just watch whatever was on just because it was ON!
Cougartown - so much better than i was expecting The Good Wife - I am fascinated Survivor - I watch but could take it or leave it honestly Project Runway like it but still think it was better on Bravo with more Michael Kors & Nina Garcia Top Chef - love this, would love to host a TC recipe party Big Bang Theory - seems to get funnier and funnier How I Met Your Mother - probably my favorite show Didn't care for Community, just not my brand of funny I still miss Gilmore Girls
I watched HIMYM (the first episode of this season) online last night. The whole college professor thing with Ted was hilarious! I didn't like the show until last season. I'll have to catch up on the next episode.
I like the Amazing Race..but then it gets me jealous of how my list of traveling places gets bigger not smaller and makes me want to get out and travel! And I'm so bummed about Life. That was a good show! Oh well...All good things must come to an end, just like Prison Break.
There's a brand new show this season called The Beautiful Life that's already cancelled after 2 epsidoes. I was planning to watch, but I don't have to bother now. BTW, Ugly Betty starts again on Oct 16th.
Yes you totally got me hooked on Royal Pains but it isn't on right now and I didn't think of it. I watch a lot of TV because my DH works shift work and I keep it on while I do other things - cleaning, grading, folding clothes, etc...
Royal Pains wasn't on but there is a showing listed starting Oct. 9 at 7 pm. I added Cougertown, Glee and the Good Wife as shows to try.
For Sci-Fi, my husband and I are watching Eureka, Warehouse 13, and Dollhouse. Eureka is my favorite and up my alley. The other two are strangely captivating enough that I will watch them with my husband. Eureka is about a kooky (think Monk and Psych type of characters) town that houses a bunch of high level geniuses that come up with interesting inventions and projects. A normal man accidentially winds up in that town and they make him a two cop town sherrif. He lives in a bunker house that is actually a smart house named S.A.R.A.H. Warehouse 13 is about a group of special agents tryin to uncover as many mythical artifacts for safekeeping as they can. These artifacts all have special efects and powers such as the Alice's Looking Glass. Dollhouse is about a group of "actives" or rather people who agree to have thier memories wiped repeatedly over a 5 year contract in order to be imprinted with a new specific personality and sent out on paid contracted jobs.
I love dollhouse. Too bad it is probably going to be cancelled. Fox is evil for putting it up against Medium
Yay ! Good for you Sam. "Teachers" was a classic series, it reminded me of my first school...which was like theirs !!!! Brian and Kirk were great characters, I once passed Bob in York a year back !
I loved that part in HIMYM. I was laughing out loud at that part with writing 'professor' on the board. I can completely envision myself doing something like that.
