I am looking for other ideas that I can incorporate into my life skills classroom. Right now I have found other classrooms that have coffee shops for the teachers and also a greeting card business. Does anyone else do anything or know of any other kinds of experiences? I teach in a school where it is difficult to get out of the building as we are in a rural area and a town is not within walking distance and we only have buses once a month. Thanks

We had students who assisted with tasks in the office at my last school. They got name tags that looked just like staff name tags but said "Student Helper", and they worked on tasks such as delivering papers that needed to be passed out to classrooms, filing papers, stapling and paper-clipping papers, and delivering lunch count envelopes to teachers.
