Just out of curiosity, I scored a 65% on the first time I took the writing and I failed? How did that happen?
Different versions of the same standardized test are more difficult than others and so the “curve” that is applied depends on the rigor of questions. If someone passed with a 60% on the writing and your 65% resulted in a fail, then it stands to reason that your version was deemed easier than the other one and the curve applied for your test was less.
I am not sure. What was your score on the reading???

Okay so 71% in reading and 74% in writing and I finished my summary and essay portion. Do I have a chance in passing?

That test is 100% multiple choice, so I don't see how getting 94% correct could be anything but passing. If we were talking about the writing portion of the test, I would hedge my bet.

One passes or doesn't pass the whole of VCLA, if memory serves: what your 94% will buy you is not needing as high a score on the writing portion as you might have otherwise.
Thank you so much!
