    Hi all,

I am looking for some information regarding USA Montessori's program. I am interested in learning more about Montessori techniques but I do not have the money or time to attend the more expensive AMI and AMS programs.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA

Are you looking for a less expensive training program? I think the program would depend upon what part of the country you're in or you will be in.

Unfortunately, if you're going to get trained, it'll have to be either at an AMS or AMI affiliated training program in order for it to be recognized by lots of schools. Plus, I wouldn't trust one, really if it wasn't.

This is a link to the American Montessori Society. You might find some info there.

I checked at some schools that trains you to be a Montessori teacher, and unfortunately the tuition with fees can be rather expensive.
