Hi! I am interviewing for a special education position and I want to wow my future employers! I want to do something (ex: set up a learning center, etc) that will set me apart from the rest. I would love to hear any ideas you have!!! Thanks!

I'm a special education teacher and my advice is not to try to overly impress your interviewers. Be yourself and promise to do your best. Special education teachers, for the most part, are at a premium so there should be jobs available. David

One thing I did was I brought photos of myself in action for the interviewer to peruse as I talked to them. It might help the interviewer picture you in the position if you show yourself actually doing the job. It worked for me! The first job I ever interviewed for was offered to me!
