I would really appreciate it if you would keep me in your prayers. Here's my situation... I have been a long term sub at the same school for the past 2 years. Before that I student taught at the same school. This evening I spoke with the principal and she would like to offer me a long term position with the understanding that a contract would be in the works. The problem is, last year a group of us filed a complaint against a coworker for harassment and student misconduct. The long term position that I would be accepting would be working with this man's wife. Although I have never had any contact with her in the past, I'm concerned that as grade level team members this situation will cause frustration for both of us. I really don't want to pass up this opportunity. I do know that God has planned this out, but I'm not sure why I'm feeling so apprehensive? I just want the strength not to back down and to be able to stand firm.
