Rockguy, I didn't get Twitter the first time I tried it, either. Will Twitter go away? Probably, eventually, but because something "better" will come along. But, I bet knowing Twitter will make it easier to transfer to the new one. I am VJasztal. I have found Twitter to be more useful since I have added a widget to put it on the front page of my website. Check out http://www.teachingvision.org, and look toward the bottom left to find the widget.
I'm so bad! I only use Twitter for socialization purposes with my fellow Blockheads (New Kids on the Block fans!) :wub: I love it though, it becomes almost like a chatroom when a bunch of people are on at the same time.
I don't know if I can take on another Inernet responsibility! Facebook, 2 email accts., A to Z. I'm going to look at it though.
Originally I got the account for myself, but when I realized I could put the widget on my website, I decided to make 90% of my posts about teaching. Those who want to hear about me know where to go.
