and I have wayyyyyyy too much to do. It's my third year in a moderate, self contained 3-5 class, but I'm in a brand new school with very high expectations. Everyone is super helpful, extremely nice and I'll be working with a lot of wonderful people. I know it's going to be okay. I just need to keep reminding myself of that!

I'm trying to do a thousand things as once when really I need to scale back and prioritize. Routines, expectations, organization. I don't need to start everything all at once during the first week. I need to take my time and focus on making sure each procedure and expectation is clear and consistent. I need to make sure my kids are motivated and excited for what's to come. Things will fall into place.

It's going to be a GREAT year!!
