I'm so glad! I love the philosophy, but haven't used it in a classroom yet. I want to do an activity that can be linked to civic responsibility. Any thoughts?

I'd like to hear more about this.

I have a friend who uses a canned unit in November with her student-regarding the Wampanoag Indians. The class gets divdied into families, and they learn about responsibility within the family and to the tribe/class.

But I'd like to hear more of how and what you do with the idea of tribes.
