How many incident reports on average do you make out a day, a week, a month?

Accidents vs. Incidents
I have toddlers (18mo-36mo).. For behavior incidents (biting, scratching, etc) I usually do about 3 per week but it's from my older kids. For accidents (falls, bumps, etc.) it's about the same. So to answer you question, about 5-6 per week. Some weeks it's more, some it's less.
I'd have to do a lot if we had to fill one out for staff kids-- they are the ones that seem to get the brunt of things

I am not having any experience in this matter but i think it should be More or less 4 times per week. not much more than that.

Last year I had a 2.5to 3 year old class, and I wrote a total of 9 reports all year. 2 were for biting, the rest were bumps or scraped knees.
I have 3.5 to 4 year olds this year, we are 4 weeks into the school year and I haven't written a report yet.
I asked the one year old teacher this question, and she said she has written 2 reports since the beginning of the year (4 weeks ago)
5-6 a week seem like a lot to me??

Anything that leaves a mark--daily.
I have 4's and 5's. I hardly ever write anything up unless there is blood or bruising, which rarely happens.
I teach 14 months to 3.5 years (huge age gap I know). I usually write 2-4 a week only because an incident report is usually accompanied by an accident report. Usually they're for biting that I just can't get to quickly enough to stop from happening.
I write 1 maybe 2 accident reports a month for falls and such.
