Quote by Cutnglue: I learned to tell both of my oldest kids (11, 8) and my husband when he is here (away for 6 mo) where I put anything if moving it to a new place or I won't find it when I need it.

I also learned, if it isn't visible I will probably buy it again because I forgot I already have it.

Yet I learned if it is visible my toddler will find it, move it and destroy it.

What I haven't learned is how to reconcile the last two.

My kids aren't toddlers any more and they still destroy everything they see........... and I too loose everything if its not visible (thats the safe places)

PS any one wanna tell me how to do that nifty quote thing?

Thank you! If I am ever confronted when putting your theory to the test I will simply show a copy of your opinion:D

I wish I could go to the grocery store and walk out with 15 items or less. I have learned that shopping only ends when the cart is full and miraculously what we need always seems to fit-600 cans of soup or 2 big packs of toiletpaper... it always works that way.

The easiest way is to hit the reply with quotes at the end of whoever's post you like.

I've learned to NEVER EVER go through the self check out lane unless I have less than 5 items. The more items there are, the more probability exists that one of those items will trigger a failure and I have to wait for the clerk thus costing even more time and definately embarrassment as the people behind me wait.

thanks JaimeMarie! I wanna a part time job to be that girl who just sits there and spies on the self-check out people. I think the only time she moves in when she's swiping her key card. I don't think she does anything else, oh...looks at your DL when you have a visa card!
